Terms and Conditions for Instant Swim School

Lesson spaces are only secured once paid for. We cannot hold spaces unless we have received payment, this is to ensure a fair opportunity to all.

Once booked and paid for, lessons cannot be refunded or credited unless cancelled by ourselves.

Lessons may be cancelled for reasons such as staff sickness, or pool closure. For reasons such as these, lessons will always be credited back to the customer.

Parents/Guardians must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at contact@instantswimschool.com.

Parents/Guardians must declare if they do not want their child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at contact@instantswimschool.com.

Parents/Guardians must refrain from bringing their swimmer to lessons if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
